VestraAI provides high-end IT and technology solutions, including but not limited to AI conversational interfaces, algorithmic web applications, digital marketing consulting, application developments, and graphic assets. Some services are configurations that integrate with external APIs (like OpenAI, Gemini, or trading exchange endpoints) where client keys are utilized.
All services and licenses purchased through aiartha.com are processed securely. The pricing for specific custom solutions, algorithms, and software licenses is structured per invoice or package selected. Payments are processed via our authorized Razorpay integration, card, or UPI pathways. Due to the digital nature of software configurations and developer hours, all sales are final, and refunds are handled on a case-by-case evaluation basis.
Users are granted a non-transferable, revocable license to run our proprietary software configurations (such as AutoCrypto Pro or AI Trading Bridges) according to the parameters purchased. You agree not to reverse engineer, duplicate, distribute, or resell any software build, UI design, or proprietary source code without explicit written consent from VestraAI.
VestraAI, its developers, and consultants shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, AI content generations, or trading software outputs. Financial markets involve substantial risks; all algorithms are configured for educational and mockup purposes, and users accept full financial accountability.
